Textbook Information:

The text is a 350+ page compilation of school gardening information gathered from several sources which cover such topics as environmental learning in the garden, butterfly gardening, herb gardening, the interdisciplinary use of gardening in the curriculum, and school gardening resources. 

The text will be available at each site on the first day of class.
